3. Eligible Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You request within 30 days of your first payment
- You experienced technical issues that we couldn't resolve
- The service didn't work as advertised
- You were charged incorrectly or accidentally
- You were charged after cancellation
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
